I support disabled U.S. veterans through volunteer coaching services. I’m an affiliate coach for the U.S. Military Endurance Sports team, an alumni of Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), a life member of Disabled American Veterans (DAV), and a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).
In addition to volunteering as USA Cycling Beginning Racer Program Lead Instructor, I provide volunteer coaching services to service-disabled U.S. veteran para-athletes, including members of USMES, Armed Forces Cycling, and Team USA Cycling World Class Athlete Program (WCAP).
This work is personal to me. Structured training and camaraderie on the bike play a meaningful role in recovery, whether that means rebuilding physical strength after an injury or reconnecting with a sense of purpose and community. If you are a service-disabled veteran, a family member, or you work with an organization that supports one, please reach out. Volunteer coaching support is available at no cost, and I am glad to help connect you with the broader network of adaptive and veteran cycling programs I work with.
